What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in labor.
How Long Does The Coverage Last? This
warranty lasts one year from the date of work
completion. Coverage is transferrable one time
if you sell or otherwise transfer the property
where work was completed.
What Will Schrock Carpentry, LLC Do If There
Is A Claim? Schrock Carpentry, LLC will correct
any defective labor at no charge. You must pay
any material charges, permit fees, or any other
fees not specifically deemed as “Labor”
customarily supplied by Schrock Carpentry,
LLC.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any work
specifically outside the scope of the original
work performed by Schrock Carpentry, LLC.
Any and all materials, whether owner supplied,
third party supplied or supplied by Schrock
Carpentry, LLC. Any problem that is caused by
abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, system
failure or material failure causing damage, or
any act of God (such as a flood, storms, etc.)
are not covered. Any changes, modifications or
tampering by others to the originally performed
Schrock Carpentry, LLC work. Also,
consequential and incidental damages are not
recoverable under this warranty. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible
for service under this warranty you MUST
contact us immediately after discovering the
possible defect.
If you believe you have a claim under this
Limited Labor Warranty, contact Schrock
Carpentry, LLC in writing by postal service (or
website webform if available) and provide a
brief written description of the problem to:

Schrock Carpentry, LLC will inspect your claim
and contact you to give the results of their
inspection and an estimate of any material or
other charges that may be required to fix the
specified defect. If you authorize repairs,
Schrock Carpentry, LLC will schedule the work
to be completed. You are responsible to pay
any material charges, if any, upon receipt of
the final work invoice or as otherwise agreed to
by both you and Schrock Carpentry, LLC.
There is no charge for the inspection, or for the
labor of the work to be performed if any work is
deemed necessary by their inspection.
How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
