This warranty lasts one year from the date of work completion. Coverage is transferrable one time if you sell or otherwise transfer the property where work was completed. What Will Schrock Carpentry, LLC  Do If There Is A Claim? Schrock Carpentry, LLC will correct any defective labor at no charge. You must pay any material charges, permit fees, or any other fees not specifically deemed as “Labor” customarily supplied by Schrock Carpentry, LLC. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any work specifically outside the scope of the original work performed by Schrock Carpentry, LLC. Any and all materials, whether owner supplied, third party supplied or supplied by Schrock Carpentry, LLC. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance,  system failure or material failure causing damage, or any act of God (such as a flood, storms, etc.) are not covered.
